Wild-Type Axolotl Shirt, Mexican Amphibian Graphic Tee

Discover the natural beauty behind one of the world’s most beloved amphibians. This original artwork depicts a wild-type axolotl with olive-brown mottling, delicate external gills, small aquatic limbs and a long finned tail moving through a freshwater plant community.

The natural coloration and Xochimilco-inspired setting offer a distinctive alternative to familiar pink cartoon designs. Curved AXOLOTL lettering follows the reeds and tail, creating one cohesive illustration for amphibian enthusiasts, aquarists, biology students, natural-history collectors and fans of unusual wildlife.
